Miu France polished stainless-steel commercial mandoline. This model features a rotating julienne blade and stationary straight and waffle blade. Changing the size of the julienne blade is as easy as rotating the side knob. The black safety food holder holds the food in place on the mandoline while slicing. Can be used to make standard or waffle cut french fries. Great for julienne carrot, potatoes, and other hard vegetables. The folding legs are coated with non-slip rubber to offer additional support and protection on the counter top when slicing. This mandoline has a handy carrying case that holds all parts of the mandoline. The case is great for transporting or storing. Mandoline is dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand.
